Day 1 - Rome
People watch
 Take the underground to Barberini and from there visit the Spanish Steps, Rome’s number one place for people watching. Watch the world go by before making your way to the Trevi Fountain.
After lunch visit the Pantheon, one of the best-preserved buildings in the world. The sight of the sun shining through the hole in the dome is breathtaking. The fountain just outside in Piazza della Rotunda is one of the city’s most unusual.
Just minutes from the Pantheon is another of the Italian capital’s most beautiful squares, Piazza Navano. Lined by restaurants and cafés, it is also where one of Rome’s coolest bars, Jonathan’s Angels can be found.

Day 2 - Rome
The Roman Colosseum
 Get in the queue bright and early for the Roman Colosseum, the symbol of Rome and the city’s number one attraction. Expect to get Goosebumps as you see it for the first time. Then explore the Roman Forum, imagining what life would have been like ago centuries ago in the commercial and political heart of the Roman Empire. Check out Palantine Hill also (your ticket into the Colosseum permits you entry).
In the afternoon visit the imposing Monumento i Vittorio Emanuele, before finishing the day off bar hopping around Campo dei Fiori.

Day 3 - Rome
The Vatican City
 Go to St Peter’s Square in the heart of the Vatican City and go into St Peter’s Basilica. Gaze in awe as you walk around Italy’s best-known cathedral. Don’t leave without going to the top of the cupola for amazing views over the city.
Grab a panini from the numerous stalls in the area and visit the Vatican Museum. Inside is where you will encounter the Sistine Chapel. Another highlight is the Gallery of Maps.
Finish the night off in the Trastevere district. Located just south-east of the city centre, this is where the city’s hottest bars and clubs are.
