Our Inn offers room types doubles, triples and quads, with or without private bathrooms we also provide you with free linen, free towels, free breakfast (which includes caffe e latte, tea, orange juice, croissant so your morning starts with a smile), free internet access, rooms ensuite have fridges and you'll have 10% discount on our Italian restaurant opened since 1975 (it's a must in Rome) that is situated downstairs from the Inn.

Payment is upon arrival.
This bed and breakfast will only accept guests arriving before 22:00 from Monday to Saturday. On Sunday reception is open only from 8:00 to 14:00
To check in you we need to know your exact arrival time, if you are late we require a phone call.
However from monday to saturday your arrival must anyway be before 22:00 and on sunday before 14:00.
We require at least 48 hours notice for cancellation or modification of a booking otherwise the first night will be charged.
we accept only cancellation made by email.
we appreciate a e-mail stating if you prefer double beds or single beds and your updated arrival time.
