Property Description
All'Opera bed and breakfast is situated in a fantastic area ,15-20 minutes walking from famous monuments such as the Coliseum, the Spanish Steps, the Trevi Fountain as well as the historical street of Via dei Fori Imperiali.
From the Metro stop (Repubblica - 250 mt) as well as the central station Termini (10 minutes by walking) , you can comfortably frequent at any time day or night the piazze, the street and the local sites typical of
roman life.
The rooms of 'All'Opera B&B' are elegantly equipped with private bathrooms,
air-conditioning, hair-dryers, television, DVD and telephone.
An italian breakfast is served at the buffet self service.
Therefore in the our B&B we have a tea/coffe corner and a wide selection of dvd
movies at complete disposal of our guests.
The rates are per room per night, italian breakfast, taxes and secretarial expences included
Check in: from 12:00 hrs. Check out by 10:00 hrs - Reception is open from 09:00 hrs to 20:00 hrs
Extra dates: Easter, Christmas, New Years Eve and important holidays ( +10%/20%)
Payment: Cash at the arrival.
Beeing the B&B a private apartment managed by family, there is no reception open 24 hours as in a hotel. Because of this, the guest has to contact the owner to comunicate on the time of arrival. To arrive at the B&B without having advised about time of arrival can cause long waitings. This problem cannnot be reason for a complaint or a refund. The same rules are worth for delays do not communicate to the owner
